REFERRAL REWARD SYSTEM
We at Carter and Stone listen to what our customers want, both clients and candidates, and we do our very best to make sure they get it. We value our referred candidates as high calibre job seekers.
Carter and Stone offer a referral reward system for any referred candidates. Any registered candidate can become a 'referrer' and recommend their friends to us. We reward people who recommend successful candidates.
If you refer a friend, work colleague or a family member, you can benefit from our reward system. If the candidate is successfully placed in either a permanent or temporary position (for a minimum of 3 months) then we will give you a $100 gift voucher at the store of your choice.
The same applies if you refer your manager or any other potential client / business looking to hire staff. If that potential client engages our services to help them recruit for a position which we successfully place either on a temporary or permanent basis, then we will be delighted to give you a gift voucher of $100.
So to put it simply it's a win/win situation. You win either way!
