Staff Profiles
Carter and Stone Recruitment Services was established as a separate arm of Carter and Stone Consulting division, which was originally founded in August of 1990. More recently Carter and Stone Recruitment was established by the 3 Directors Loretta Safajou, Vicky Kouknas and Diana Kraljevski, with the goal of lifting the benchmark for service, expertise, professionalism and integrity.
Loretta Safajou
Loretta has a Master of Business Administration postgraduate degree with specialty in the areas of Human Resources and Marketing.
Loretta comes from a financial/management accounting background with five years experience with a multi-national pharmaceutical company. She then joined a specialist accounting and finance recruitment firm where she gained extensive experience in recruitment and was a member of the senior management team managing 5 consultants. Since joining Carter and Stone Consulting Services three years ago she has acquired knowledge and experience recruiting for a number of different industries including pharmaceutical, IT and accounting services.
Diana Kraljevski
Diana completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in Accounting/Marketing from the University of NSW. She completed her degree whilst working as an undergraduate for a 2nd tier chartered firm within the audit division. She then commenced as a graduate with one Australia's big four banks in their Corporate and Institutional Banking division for a period of two years. Diana then joined a specialist accounting and finance recruitment firm where she recruited for the chartered industry. Since joining Carter and Stone she has mainly focused on permanent recruitment for the accounting and finance industry.
Vicky Kouknas
Vicky has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Communications. She has worked for one of the largest Advertising groups in Australia as an Advertising Sales Representative. After 3 years Vicky joined the recruitment industry specialising in accounting and finance recruitment. Her expertise lies within the contract market where she has worked over the past 6 years managing up to 60 temporary/ contract staff. She currently heads up the contract division at Carter and Stone.
With over fourteen years combined experience all the Directors have earned a reputation for delivering highly personalised service, with a focus on understanding and exceeding both candidate and client expectations.
