Carter and Stone offer a range of administered and online tests that ensure team and position compatibility. Administered and online test batteries; Career Guidance and Outplacement programmes; Myers Briggs Type Indicator.

A1 General Reasoning Tests (Aimed at the General Population) Covering a General Verbal, Numerical and Abstract Reasoning Test, Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire.
B. Specialist Test Battery
B1 Graduate Reasoning Tests (Aimed at Graduate Level Positions) Covering a Graduate Level Verbal, Numerical and Abstract Reasoning Test, Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire
B2 Sales Focused Positions Test Battery (Includes Selling Styles Analysis) Covering Verbal, Numerical and Abstract Reasoning, Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire + Sales Preference Indicator.
B3 Technical Test Batteries (Aimed at Assessing Technical Ability) Covering Mechanical Reasoning, Verbal and Numerical Reasoning, Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire.

E. Career Transition Programs*
E1 Base Program (Aimed at the General Population) Covering Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire, Occupational Interest Profile - feedback & general advice by member (1.5hrs)
E2 Advanced Program (Aimed at Management Level) Covering Full Personality Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire, Occupational Interest Profile plus Management Style Profile JTI / MBTI - feedback & extended advice by member (3hrs)
E3 Extended Program (Suitable for all levels when extended support is required)

Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire, Occupational Interest Profile plus Management Style Profile JTI / MBTI - feedback & extended advice is provided plus additional support for 1 hour per week for 4 weeks is provided by the member.

*Profiling is carried out for each participant and then the feedback, transition advice and appropriate skill development is carried out by the member up to a recommended number of hours.
O. Outplacement Programs*
O1 Outplacement Level One Program (Base Program)

Profile, Values and Motivation Questionnaire, Occupational Interest Profile plus Management Style Profile JTI / MBTI - feedback, CV advice, interviewing & job hunting skills training. Covering (5hrs)
O2 Outplacement Level Two Program (Extended Program)

Includes all of Level One plus extended support over one month.
